DF-766 是一种无机阳离子和有机混凝剂的水溶液。它可有效增加工业废水处理过程中通常产生的沉淀金属化合物的粒径。

建议将 DF-766 用作废水的处理化学品,其中金属已被氢氧化物、硫化物、二硫代氨基甲酸盐(CARI-610、CARI-640 和 CARI-650)、硫酸亚铁或硼氢化钠沉淀。

Cationic Coagulant (Inorganic)

DF-766 is an aqueous solution of inorganic cationic and organic coagulants. It is effective for increasing the particle size of precipitated metal compounds typically produced in industrial wastewater treatment processes.

DF-766 is recommended as a treatment chemical for effluents, where the metals have been precipitated by hydroxide, sulfide, dithio-carbamates (CARI-610, CARI-640, and CARI- 650), ferrous sulfate, or sodium borohydride.

DF-766 can be used in combination with an anionic polymer to further enhance settling rates. The product is excellent for use in continuous flowing processes that employ gravity clarification or membrane microfiltration as well as to enhance the settling and filtration in batch treatment of concentrates.

Applications

Depending on the specific application, the optimum concentration of DF-766 to achieve rapid settling and superb liquid clarity is determined by jar testing. The concentration of the various wastewater contaminants - such as suspended solids, total dissolved solids, COD, BOD, and oil and grease - all affect the optimum DF-766 dosage. DF-766 is effective over a wide pH range (4.0 to 11.0).

Addition of DF-766 is controlled by volumetric feed, proportional to the wastewater feed rate. DF-766 can be added prior to, during, or after the metal precipitation step. The optimum addition location is a function of the waste composition and the equipment available to perform the precipitation.

When used in a gravity settling system, DF-766 is usually used in combination with a high molecular weight anionic polymer, which is added in a later reaction tank after the DF-766.

Laboratory evaluation is recommended to determine the optimum conditions for use of the DF-766. Dflow LLC will provide on site technical support to assist with the Treatability study.
